Josh set up shop in London's creative capital Soho in 2008 and went on to quickly develop relationships with fashion photographers & agents through his production company JAM Flicks.

His early work with people like Manolo Blahnik, Jo Wood, Wayne Hemmingway and Pierce Brosnan saw him elevate to directing award winning commercials.

Travelled the world as a photographer and director, shooting in Iraq and Kiev during the revolution he would apply and go to many film festivals.

This lead him to dream of creating one himself, but with a difference. And so Thunderdance was born! Fact: The logo was designed in 2012 by his brother Kit, and depicts his dog ‘Geronimo’ smiling.
